I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were recently renovated, very spacious, and incredibly clean. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate tired passengers. The location was perfect for my needs, especially for catching an early morning flight. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering more than I've been used to during these times.
The hotel room was unexpectedly spacious, and even though we checked out late at 11:30 pm, the rooms were quite comfortable. However, it had a dark and dungeon-like feel, similar to another hotel we stayed in after our cruise.
During my stay, the hotel's location within the airport building was incredibly convenient for our late arrival, providing easy access to our rental car. The service was friendly and accommodating, just what we needed after a long day of travel. However, the breakfast staff's attitude was slightly off-putting, especially the unexpected tip request.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, but the rooms were small and not as clean as expected during these times. The service was helpful, although there were some issues. The dining options were limited, but the hotel facilities were decent.
The hotel offers small but clean rooms that are okay for a quick stay before catching a flight. The bar, however, disappoints with limited menu options and drinks. The airport location is convenient but lacks value for the price paid.
The hotel offers very plain and small rooms inside of a building. The stark interiors with just a bed and small desk may not be to everyone's liking, but the convenient 1pm reservation time is a plus.
I traveled to Puerto Rico for my husband's birthday and had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were too cold for my liking, and I couldn't get a maid to come up during my stay. On the bright side, the room was excellent in terms of comfort.
Staying on the 6th floor, the rooms at the hotel looked nothing like the pictures but surprised me with beautiful wood/tile floors which were very clean and spacious. It's definitely the best place for any flight inconvenience or overnighting for connecting flights.
